This year the AACC AGM is being held in Wyndham Edmonton Hotel and Conference Centre. Mark your calendars and plan to attend!

Special Resolution:

The Board will be presenting a special resolution to adjust the membership year noted in our bylaws. Please see attached, the proposed Special Resolution and copy of the current by-laws.

Board Member Elections

There will be Board Member positions open for election. Nominations will be taken from the floor and we encourage all member colleges including College ownership, Senior Executive and Staff to consider serving on the Association Board. Please note: Proxy voting will not be available. Members must be in attendance to receive a voting ballot.

AACC Education Excellence Awards Presentation.

Please consider your team and submit your nominations before October 13th, 2025 at https://www.aaocc.ca/awards/ .

AACC Education Excellence Award Eligibility Criteria

The AACC grants 2 (two) $500 educational excellence award annually. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

To be considered for this award, you must be:

• A full-time instructor within the previous annual cycle at a member school

• Submit your application by October 1, 2025

The decision to grant an award is based on the following criteria:

• Your program of instruction must have achieved a minimum Graduate Rate of 75% and a minimum Job Placement rate of 75% on your institution’s annual PCC report.

• Recognized contribution to the school community and to student success

• Nomination from your college
