AACC Welcomes Level 52 Inc. as an Affiliate Member

The role of education is evolving. Increasingly, institutions are being measured not only by the programs they deliver, but by the leaders they develop, the cultures they foster, and the people they prepare for a changing workforce.

In response to this shift, the Alberta Association of Career Colleges (AACC) has welcomed Level 52 Inc. as a new Affiliate Member.

Level 52 operates at the intersection of leadership development, coaching, and human development. Its work focuses on supporting leaders as they move from task-based management toward coaching-led approaches that emphasise clarity, accountability, and long-term capability within teams. This reflects a broader trend across education and industry, where coaching is increasingly recognized as a core leadership skill rather than a supplementary one.

The partnership between AACC and Level 52 is intended to provide a practical platform for advancing coaching-led leadership within the career college sector. Over the coming year, the two organisations plan to collaborate on workshops and learning initiatives aimed at supporting educators, staff, and leaders as they navigate organisational growth, workforce change, and increasing complexity.

AACC sees this collaboration as part of its wider commitment to strengthening leadership capacity across its membership and supporting institutions as they respond to evolving workforce needs.

Level 52 joins AACC’s growing network of affiliate members contributing expertise and perspective to the career college community across Alberta.
